All Glowbe light bulbs and accessories come with a two year warranty. If any of our products fail as a result of the manufacturing within the first two years we promise to get you a replacement at no additional cost.

We really want to make it easy, so in order to process your return please ensure you email us at info@glowbe.com.au with the following details:

  1. A clear photo of the product/s in question;
  2. A written description of the fault in the product/s you have encountered.

We will review and analyse the issue and we will work with you on a solution, whether that be a replacement product/s or a refund* of purchase price.

Many Glowbe products use innovative technology and we as small business, appreciate that

you as an early adopter should feel supported and trust in your purchase.


We also offer a risk free 30 day return** policy. If you decide you don’t like your new lights for whatever reason, you can send them back to us via courier (as not to incur breakages) with a note to let us know why (so we can continue improving our products for our customers) to:

All returns need to be received by us before a refund or replacement products are provided. Please allow at up to ten business days for us to process your request on receipt of the physical product return. We do not take responsibility for any returns that are lost in transit and not received by our warehouse.

*Cash refunds will not be provided. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back onto the original credit card as supplied by you as the customer at purchase.

**All returned product/s must be sent back in original packaging as new (not used), with no visible damage. Return shipping at customer’s own cost. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
